is wrestling affected by tactics

Wrestling on a mage is to help you cast spells w/o interruption (since the damage sucks). Tactics help with damage and w/o it you won't really hit much of anything.

If I'm not mistaken.

Wrestling skill: (Combined with your opponents skill in melee) together yield a % of success to "hit"

Tactics skill: Higher tactics yeilds higher damage per hit, but should not effect how often you hit.- no matter what melee skill you use.

Ah, thank you for clearing that up. I had a feeling I had something mixed up. I was just too lazy to look it up right now.

It's worth noting that even with 100 tactics, wrestling will do almost no damage.

you sure i thought it was... tactics helps you dodge hits when you wield a weapon and wrestling helps dodge hits when no weapon is held.

Not sure how anyone can play UO for any amount of time and not know this.

Tactics = weapon damage. Period.

This is how ive always understood it to be

ummm but a wep skill will do nothing if you're not holding that weapon.
