Selling Eastern Yew Tower
Only 2 other houses in area for several screens
Very quiet, tower in front, noone lives there, it just gets refreshed over and over again.
Nice side yard!!
Also if a tower is not to your liking(or cant afford one right now), I can replace with a Smithy or Large Brick.

nice spot def. this was my first large house spot like one year ago. close to moongate and lich lord spawn. seculded and one of the better towers.
