How to see items stats

How to see items stats like this
Bone Helmet
Stone(s)
Physical Resist 3%
Fire Resist 3%
Cold Resist 4%
Poison Resist 2%
Energy Resist 4%
Strength Requirement 20

when my mouse at some items and i click on it i can see only item name? but no stats etc...

We don't have those stats in this era. The only way to see stuff about an item I to arms lore it to get a little information, put it on to see it's AR, or if it is a magic item Item ID it to get whatever info you can from it.
