Looks to me like the aka guild area, SE of Yew Moongate. In the clearing are several uninhabited LBs and 2 Storys, along with a Keep and a LB that is lived in by some other guy.
Visit my shop in Yew! First house west of Yew Moongate, always stocked!

That was my guess too, SE of Yew, but I just don't have the time to run around looking for it.
