I am selling this tower placed on it's own private grassy plateau. The only house anywhere NEAR this estate is a small wooden home a screen below the tower. Rolling hills behind, trees on 2 sides, and little to NO spawn. The water is a few screens behind the tower or to the East. Vesper is to the South, and Minoc is to the Southwest, with the Moongate inbetween both. Shrine of Sacrifice is a hike Eastward.
