Basically got a Chaos shrine tower for Deed +150k, grats to you Rose!
This and the Bucs den entrance towers were the most sought after pk houses on atlantic.

Rose dies often and is tired of having to spend money on ressurection regs. So a chaos shrine tower for 150k + small houses etc is actually cheaper for him than the cost of all the houses.
