Selling this Large Brick near the road to Yew and close to the Graveyard. Sharing a small grassy opening with 1 other neighbor who runs a tavern and is never there. Low spawn, low traffic. A short distance to the Yew moongate and in turn Yew Bank. Only selling because I was able to upgrade, if neighbor is willing to sell his L this would be a great private tower location.
