I'd prefer to keep this house but due to an upcoming vacation/move I will be selling to avoid it going IDOC...

Large Brick, north of Justice Island:

-minimal spawn, ratmen to air elementals
-on shore line, plenty of room for a boat
-a few neighbors, although I've never seen any of them
-resources, wood, wool, and a mining vein directly behind the house

I'm looking to make this a fairly quick sell, will end the auction next Friday.
