so i haven't played for a while but just started getting on here and pvping again and i can't ever move because my mount is always fatigue. it was never like that before. is something amiss? is the timer for mount fatigue too low?

No, it's perfect, as far as my memory goes.

To refresh your mount's stamina, you can hop off and feed it.

Or, what most people do... tell your mount to follow you ("all follow me" or "mountname follow me"). Hop on it and run around.

When it gets fatigued (or any time really), simply hop off it, and then hop back on. This is an era-accurate bug that we have reproduced here.

Your suggested solutions:

DEDUCE: Feeding it recharges stamina

2. "Tell your mount to follow you ("all follow me" or "mountname follow me"). Hop on it and run around."
DEDUCE: All follow me recharges stsamina

3. "Simply hop off it, and then hop back on. "
DEDUCE: Dismounting then mounting recharges stamina

So does method 3 always recharge the stamina? What is the point of methods 1,2? Or am I just reading this completely wrong.

So, Derrick explains this elsewhere, but in short, the "bug" works such that a pet in "follow" mode always has full stamina. Or maybe it's a pet entering follow mode always gets zipped up to full stamina. I forget. But either way... when you say "all follow me" and mount your hourse, and then unmount... it will revert back to it's previous command before mounting, which is to follow you, which includes a stamina refresh.

In short, Method 3 is the easiest, but it requires the pet to already be in follow mode. So with that miniscule amount of prep (saying "all follow me"), method 3 works every time.

My remount macro is just

dismount
wait 1s
remount

pet is always in follow mode, you don't actually have to say "all follow me"
