This auction is for a Small house 2 screens away from the moongate. I will be starting this off at Deed+20k. Buy out = Deed + Deed. Please only do 5k increments for bids please. This auction will end at 10pm eastern October 11.

Trade went very smoothly. He wanted to trade the item first before transfer, but I wanted to wait. We did our transfer then he traded the item. Would love to work with again.
