Eye of Newt and "Daemon Bone"

I picked these up at an idoc, after doing some searches I'm still pretty uncertain of their value. I know most of the necro regs are near worthless, are these too?
I found this post (viewtopic.php?f=74&t=13278) about selling an eye of newt for 60k, but its quite old now, and I heard they were given out on Halloween last year so it wouldn't surprise me if the price was lower.
I found even less information on the "daemon bone", not the armor pieces mind you, but the kind like the bones you can loot, but bright red. I read these were also given out last Halloween.
