UO Second Age

International Hemperor Day occurs on the fourth Wednesday of every October and celebrates the life, struggles, and achievements of Hemperor. I strongly encourage all of you to put on your own Hemperor-themed mini-events. I will conduct a few such events myself, one of which will be the following:

Hemperors Everywhere!: I will randomly show up at random location throughout the world. If I find someone there dressed as Hemperor (wearing a red surcoat, red bandana, and the big red leather boots), then I will give that person a large gold reward. I will not announce locations ahead of time. They will all be heavily trafficked areas, both inside and outside of towns. The idea is for people to just dress up as Hemperor and go about their normal UO routines.

I believe the last international hemperor was a major success. It even was visited by several UOSA celebrities, including non other than Joshua Lee!

I cant find the damn surcoat! Is a tunic fine or am I discharacterizing(is this right?) our friend?

In the spirit of giving inspired by our now-banned hero Hemperor, I will craft anyone who needs a Hemperor costume a set for free. Just pm me if you do and I will have everything made before the holiday.

Edit* have received several interested pms, but keep in mind that the holiday is still several weeks away, so give me a few days to get back to you all with your outfits since we still have plenty of time, and I still have to match his hue to a tub. Also, they will all be exceptional for all of those who care

chumbucket is reminiscing about stealing items from hemperor, he only wants you to dress up like him cuz it will feel like stealing things from hemperor when rly hes gonna steal from you.

I strongly recommend everyone avoid this event as it makes you a target and celebrates someone who doesnt even play here.

You are just jealous of the adulation of hemperor on this shard.

This thread is basically a case in point as to why you should never share political views with things that lurk on the internets. Ever. Negative attention's the forte of many a patron to this shard though.

What do you consider a large gold reward?

Hemperor's prescence here on uosa has been purely negative. Never once has hemperor ever done anything that benefits the shard like, posting a screen shot of the day, provided new player housing, hosted an event, or whatever. Instead, what do you get from Hemperor? You get cutting bandages every time, 545674654564 million random, cracked out comments on the forums, constant talk in irc about LoL and other games that dont matter, attempts to infiltrate the uosa museum or whatever.


And lets take a closer look at chumbucket's role in this. chumbucket only logs in when theres above average player activity, ie. events and international hemperor days, chumbucket likes to steal, do you see where this is going? Do you rly think for a second that a guy who only logs in when he can exploit the player base(you, reading this) the most, is going to log in and throw an event for a beslubbering, lack-luster, mumble-news like hemperor.

My advice, avoid this trap like a fresh, steaming pile of dogshit in your front lawn left by your neigbors dog.
