Selling L shape near water. SOLD!!!!!!

This L shape is very secluded. Little to no spawn at all. No one comes around it. Water on 3 sides of it you can park many ships.
Im starting the bid at Deed pluss small deed. Buyout is Deed pluss 4 smalls. The auction will end when house is sold. If broker is needed I will choose who it will be. Pm me or msg me on irc.

I'm without any house to decorate at the mo and it is a nice spot. Thanks for the 'enjoy', although possibly premature, I might be outbid yet
