A few months back I purchased an L-Shape two-story house from Kelektra in the Fens of the Dead. He told me that if I was careful to purchase up the houses next to me, I could one day put a Keep in the spot. I began right away to farm for my Keep and began to pick up the spots next to me as they became available. The day came when I obtained the last spot and I was able to contact Kelektra to place my Keep. Sure enough Kelektra was right. I never doubted it! He put the Keep down with no problem at all in a spot where others said it was not possible.

I'd have to agree....so far I have trusted Kelektra with several million of my own gold in various purchases and deals, and have had nothing but positive experiences....I would have to put Kelektra on a very short list of completely trustworthy people that includes Blackfoot and GuardianKnight....make sure however that he is in the guild B*B, in case impostors spring up over time.
