UOSA Printables

Post by Mys »

ITT we can get/share UOSA graphics to promote the shard.

These can be things to lay around coffee shops, stick in newspapers, hang on local bulletin boards, stick to telephone poles, etc.

Great Job! Any other printables are welcome too. I'll post some of these around town and see what happens.

That's nice.

I just had a batch of Oval (T2A) stickers and t-shirts made up for the New Hampshire meeting, both using the same logo, it's been really our only logo. I got enough of the oval stickers that i plan to offer them on the website as cheap as I can as soon as I can get it set up. I also plan to send them out to our subscribers and donors.

The first is a great concept and it seems like it would be a head turner for anyone that's played the game before. The second one I really like; very to the point; It would would look great as a square sticker I think.

So as a test I printed off 30 of these and began posting them on my way to work. I happen to be working a split shift today so I am now on lunch. On my way home, I checked to see if any of these were still posted up. Out of the 30 I put up...only ONE remains.

With this in mind. I will print off 200 copies and post them up again on my way back to work. After I finish up at work tonight I will check the results again to see how many still remain. I hope this brings many more to our community.

If we all contributed a few minutes to print these out and post them up while out running the daily errands, I believe that our numbers will go drastically.

What size and what type of places did you hang them?

I saved the images provided and expanded them to fit regular sized printer paper and they turned out rather excellent. I posted them on telephone/light poles on every block in between my home and work. I was hoping that the kids from the schools would get a chance to see them as well in hopes to bring players of all age groups. I must print more!

I whipped this up during my lunch break at work. It's a pdf file but it prints pretty nicely and even looks OK in black and white. I found the font file for the old UO ingame font and used it.

If anyone has any suggestions or changes let me know. Wouldn't take more than a minute to change or add something.

EDIT: the website won't let me upload pdf files so I uploaded it:

Hrm, the font did not change in the pdf to the UO font. Oh well, I'll mess with that later.
