derrick says the skills are already easy to gain... power hour would make it too easy. but i would love to have that! maybe make skills a little harder and add "power hour"? would be cool...

Skill gains are all right.

Stat gains for me are a problem.

Power hour was post t2a.

powerhour was taken away on publish 16 like so many other things were taken then. publish 16 also intruduced the first PS scrolls
