Large house with patio in North Mines/K^A Area.
Low spawn, very few neighbors. The front yard is the river, house to the west is vacant and refreshed, no neighbors to the east, and the backyard is a vacant castle that is refreshed as well. Very quiet.
One screen from easy mining, just a few screens from Minoc.
Great area and it served as my first large house when I started playing here almost a year ago. It has since become a loot dump for me and I have no use for it anymore.
Asking for deed + small, but I'm taking offers. Will accept any reasonable offer when I see fit.
