Actually can't be the third house you have seen in that spot as my friend has lived in the house for the last couple months. The spot was an IDOC that Kelektra had placed a house and was selling. I was new at the time and she allowed me to place a house there for no charge. I later gave it to my friend and he has now upgraded so I am selling it

oh, maybe it was longer. I remember camping an idoc large brick not long ago, then Kelektra put a Large brick there, then this L shape. So basically what you just said.

Spot will also accept a Large Brick or a Smithy
Castle owner is hardly ever there so its like having your own personal area.
