Castle North of Trinsic - Swamps

Might be getting rid of one of my castles. This one is located NE of ACE village, which is in the Trinsic Swamps north of Trinsic.

2.5 mil. Non neg!

My understanding was that it was an auction with a buyout, then no one bid on it, then the guy running it was too busy to type "bump" and hit enter (even though he was chatting in IRC yesterday) so GK is bumping by proxy, and now it is simply a Buy It Now sale, where you can outbid the highest bidder by 400k and the owner then may or may not sell it to you.

So, it's all yours (maybe) if you want to outbid... yourself. I was interested in bidding about what you did, but I'm a little sketched out now.
