This house comes with all the bells and whistles preinstalled!!! In an excellent location, east brit. The first floor has an emerald pool which glows green at night, and is blue during the day! A runebook stand area for easy access and display. The rear room is a storage area with many many chests to store all ur loot. Floor 2 is the houses the surgery wing, and also various manufacturing apparatus. The 3rd floor is the living area, with a piano room, and a bedroom, complete with fireplace, couch, bed and eating area. The top floor is the most spectacular place to die! A two level seating arena with flowing fountains on either side, lit by tall street lamps. The unfortunate vicims of this arena either end up in a pile nearby, or in the surgery wing!

Bidding starts at deed, and ends in 2 weeks, bid incriments are 10k, any bid which doesnt equal minimum of 10k will be discarded...so no 1gp sniping in other words
