Reliable Seller-> Mens Rea (Bought)

I just bought 2 story in Desert of compassion from Mens Rea. Deal went so smoothly i volunteered to post in here that atleast as far as I am concerned, he is 100% trustworthy. No brokers happened to be available but my gut instinct told me it would be ok as he never pressured me or did anything to remotely trigger a "scammer red flag" or anything. So I gave him the whole agreed upon amount up front before receiving anything. Im not a super well known or popular player on the shard or anything so if he was looking to scam that wouldve been an easy chance. But a couple minutes later the house was transferred to the char of my choice, just as he promised.
