Bidding starts at Tower deed plus small deed
BO Tower deed plus 3 small deeds
Deeds will be handed over BEFORE house transfer.
Will end Saturdaythe 4th.
Houses to the right are also for sale by another seller (or so the sign says)

Cattie B (make sure it's really her of course) is totally trustworthy....I'm sure many people will vouch for her, and I've trusted her on more than one occasion with a large amount of gold....she is the functional equivalent of a broker, so don't sweat the stipulation about handing over the deeds in advance.

trade was completed without a broker. a trustworthy seller. cleans up own mess.
