Trying to buy this tower loacated just south of the east brit swamps. It has been refreshed every week so I am hoping someone knows who owns it and I can contact them somehow. Any info about the owner or from the owner would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

I think HardCore may own that tower.

He had his little pirate guild establishment around there for a while. My house is just south of the road from that tower.

Any idea if he still plays or how to get in contact with him to find out if its his? I dont know him or if he has other chars that he may be playing now. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
