Alright, here is another small, located just out of the guard zone near Moonglow. Really nice location IMO. Deed +25k.

Seeing the prices of some of these smalls that are located in close proximity of moongates etc..., I think I'm not asking enough, but price stands as advertised...I need cash to move into something bigger.
