Private keep on grass for sale!

Starting bid : 1 mill
Buyout : 1,3 mill
I reserve the right to cancel this auction.
spawn : low
nearby houses : 1 tower to the northwest , 1 tower to the east (I believe they are both owned buy one guy who is just refreshing all his houses in this area, never seen anyone in those towers) , there is no spot to place any house infront of the keep for miles because of the terrain, same at the back of it.
traffic : Ive seen like 4 people running around for last 2 months
"addons" : selling with awesome hut on one of the keep wing, foot stools placed to reach every possible room in keep, training dummy, 2x pontagram, 1x large forge , 1x loom

L33t keep. I used to live here, virtually no neighbors as all housing around is deserted. Forest in front and back, great great location!

3 months ago noone was selling keeps, and i had the gold. i gave up on it, spent the gold and now everyone's selling the damn things.

actually there was no keep on a market for almost 2 months...
I used to read "wtb keep" every day on irc, but no looks like those people disappeared or something.

Keeps don't get too much better than this....definitely worth the starting price, probably worth the buyout as well.

Oh crap that's by my 2 towers!!!! Arggg I wish there was a way for me to get you to hold it for me lol but I am long way from 1mil.

Well if I re-deeded my extra 2 bricks, 2 smalls, and sell all my rares I will probably be short... another... 300k lol

Deed up your towers and replace with bricks/smalls as necessary. Between that and deeding/selling some of your other houses, you should have it.
