How much would a substantial, accurate quarterstaff of might be worth?

Absolutely nothing. Anyhting less than force is generally not worth buying. Your best bet is to sell it to one of the in-game vendors.

don't in game vendors buy magic items for just little gold to discourage players from selling them magic stuff?
