I would think if that guild stone was removed something larger may fit.

Hey Kelektra. I left you a reply on your other thread (with keep + smithy), but you probably want to sell those as a package. I'm just looking for an upgrade from my small. I'll give you deed + 15k for this one. Please reply... as we are both online right now
