I've been unable to find a vendor that will purchase warforks. It very well may be that I just haven't visited the appropriate vendor, in which case kindly disregard this post. Otherwise, the above link shows they should be able to be sold.

The weaponssmith will buy these, this is a specialized vendor like the armorer. The Blacksmiths do not buy them and keep a more generic inventory.
