nearby houses : 1 tower to the northwest , 1 tower to the east (I believe they are both owned buy one guy who is just refreshing all his houses in this area, never seen anyone in those towers) , there is no spot to place any house infront if the keep for miles because of terrain.
traffic : Ive seen like 4 people running around for last 2 months
"addons" : selling with awesome hut on one of the keep wing, foot stools placed to reach every possible room in keep, training dummy, 2x pontagram, 1x large forge

I can vouch for seclusion factor......all houses surrounding are empty and unused! Great location!!!

Very reasonable price for this keep, especially decently deco'd and already footstooled
