I'm stopping UO for an indefinite period of time, and I've got this awesome small house which is about 55 tiles away and a 2-3 screens away from the entrance to Destard. Perfect for anyone who wants to hunt or tame drakes and dragons, be close to Destard, or mine.
Price starts at small house deed + 1k.
