Update: Just timed the run from Brit East Bank doors to front door of tower....21 seconds!!!! That means no more hassle getting your new toons to your house..Just make them and walk on over..No gating, no need to get them recall scrolls and runes.

If for whatever reason you would like the spot but with different houses....I will redeed my houses and you can place whatever you want..Fee for spot is 200k which would be paid up front.
EX: 2 Smithies, 2 Large Bricks, 2 L Shapes, 1 Smithy and 1 LB, etc..
