0 skill level for pretames broken

Past week or so, there is no longer a 0 taming requirement on pretames.
That is all.

yea i noticed i couldn't tame an ostard that i had pretamed the other day

Thanks, I see the problem with this, will be fixed soon, but any existing tames even after this patch may continue to have this problem until they are retamed.
