Could be worth 2smalls to one person and a castle deed to another, depends on it's purpose.

I also recommend to the owner that instead of using a pm that they post here.
The reason is twofold:
1)So they sell it for what it might actually be worth, not just what one person's opinion of worth is.
2)To avoid getting scammed.
