Some Razor agents will color your hotbag for that agent, and i believe you can select the hue within Razor. In this case the hue is visible to you, but not other people as it is entirely client side.

There are no bags of this hue on the shard.

Actually, I think it's "Search Exemption Hue" on the Options tab.

It looked like that when I found it. That was why I took it, and it has been sitting in a chest for 6 months.

I dont have it set as a hotbag, or have I selected that color. and all my characters see it blue. not just the one.

My search Exemptoin hue is the same as the one you pictured. 1152 Royal Blue.

There was an item in there, and that is what is making it blue. I did not know that was set like that. That is wierd. What is the purpose of that?

It's generally used so that razor doesn't search your trapped pouched when looking for reagents.
