UO Second Age

Hi all! I just wanted to drop a quick post (my first post) saying Hi! I just happened to find this server as I was searching around. I was playing on another shard for a little bit, but I didn't like the low population or their economy setup. So far this is the old UO I remember and loved. I'm not too crazy about the unattended resource gathering as I love crafting, but I will learn to deal with it.

I looked through the guides section and didn't see any newbie player startup tips. Anyone have any links to help me get started?

Unattended macroers usually find themselves killed my me.

unattended resource macroing is illigal.
however macroing is allowed.

Maybe you can mine some ore and stockpile a lot of ingots on your body and pack animal, and then walk through a spooky forest at night saying THIS IS WHERE I AM every few screens.

Where could I get a list of what skills work/do what? Is the Prima guide accurate for this? For example... having more poison skill means greater chance of poisoning a player (with like DP and such). More Eval Int overcomes Resist. Lumberjacking gives you a damage boost to swords melee with axes. Etc...

That information is inaccurate for this shard. That's UO:R ruleset.
