Yew Bank House Right Near Yew Mall
Tried for an auction but kept getting nothing but private bids that were lower then what I payed to attain it, so no auction if you want the house it's yours for a keep deed, if not I'll hold on to it until I decide to put up vendors myself.

It's ok he fails to realize that this one here is right next to a very well known vendor mall, where as his can not be seen unless someone visits my house first.

I know this is no auction, but the previous auction for this house was fantastically bid up, inflated. I know, because I took part in it, a keep deed is a bit much. I'll give you 5 small deeds for this, take it or leave it.
