My vendor is located northeast of Britain (just short of the Bog of Desolation) right next to the unmanned guard tower.

Very reasonable prices on all magic items, armor, weapons. As weapons go I only sell force, power, and vanquishing weapons, no garbage. I also sell spellbooks in bulk, PM me in IRC for bulk discount (about 400 gold cheaper per spellbook).

I have bought from and sold to a large number of players on this shard and by now I figured I have built up enough trust to bother with this broker business.
