UO Second Age

I have 4 small houses and 1 large brick house. This is a nice setup because all 5 houses are within 2 screens of each other but the land is such that I can't place a large tower. In a low-spawn (but not spawn-free) and low-traffic area south of Yew and west of Britain.

It may be possible to place another large house in place of two of the current small houses, but I haven't tested it.

Will consider an offer of a large tower in a good location (low spawn required) plus cash. Any takers?

As an update, I was able to demolish two small houses and put up a large stone and plaster house.

So I now have two large houses, and 2 small houses, all right next to each other. I'd like to trade for a tower in an excellent location PLUS significant cash.

So you want to trade an L, large brick, and two smalls for a tower + cash? Or the L, Large Brick and two smalls + cash for a tower?

I would tend to think that a placed tower is worth more then 2 large houses plus 2 smalls but without screenies i cant say either way.
