Had big plans for this vendor house, unfortunatly for me I have other obligations that require funding.
This auction will run until Sunday 12 midnight eastern time.
Starting Bid: Small deed x2
Current Bid: 430k Private bid.
Buy Out: Keep Deed
I reserve the right to end the auction early, and or not the sell.

5 days for a nice vendor spot is not a long auction by any means. If you want it sooner I'm sure you could convince him with an appropriately large offer.
