I think this spot is pretty sweet. Only accessible from one side, so hard for someone to sneak in. Fish from the porch. The guard zone is a space behind the house. Start the bidding at Deed plus 20k. Has had 35 visits without a vendor being there. So I guess people do wander.
Micheal Beasley great to deal with. Easy transaction.
