hehe... grats horse on that one.. i used that spot about 2 weeks ago as a storage small when i moved from my brick to tower. noone ever comes around there so it was nice while moving all my stuff.

Did you know you can jump off the cliff onto the bottom of the waterfall?
I send gates there randomly....
Pretty good lumberjacking, fishing area.
Roadkill's rune library is a short boat ride away on a private lake.
You can teleport (wtf? spellcheck on teleport???) across the waterfall and check out the Justice Shrine.

Lol I own the house south of you, there are another 5-6 spots to place houses there. I am going to enjoy whoever moves in, between pking/stealthing their house it should be fun.

FYI -- BeatingU is easily banned from your new home. He is not the best house looter (quickly banned from my tower).
