I'm looking to buy a house, but I'm a newb to the whole idea. Been reading thru trying to understand how this works. When you say your asking "Deed +25k", do you mean a deed for the same type of house you are selling + 25k in gold?

Used Maleus (Gm of Pov) as broker..Everything went smooth as silk.
