"all creatures follow the same LOS rules for aggression"

This is not true. I was casting EV in a room. When i walked in the room, it attacked me. When I go outside the room and Hide it wont attack me until I go back into the room.

Ya there might be a couple of threads on page 14 and 23, but deleting a thread cause you think its "not productive" makes what your doing not productive, specially since I was receiving feedback which IS PRODUCTIVE. Also others still feel that the evidence found is bull .

Mobs would follow you and run around your hose if you aggro them, but attacking you through walls I'm pretty damn sure was never in place (Unless prior to T2A release). If OSI (Now EA) Fixed that, it's for a good reason, and reverting it IS retarded.

You claim that this shard is ear accurate or you try and keep it that way, but you patch things in that AREN'T area accurate cause you probably feel it's for the better (Which isn't bad IMO). Did you see it that way when you patched the new LoS rule??

PvP is kind of CRAP right now, I think you are changing a couple things to make it better, but now you screwed a part of PvM too.. Congrats, double wammy. Hows that for being productive?

This however is your shard and people will continue to play it, but remember that bull patches killed OSI shards for most players, and other F2P shards. I advise not following the same path as your predecessor's, learn from history and don't repeat it.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Below is posted by someone else, in the thread that you deleted for not being productive, which is a personal point of view I disagree with.

"all i saw for evidence was one picture of a bunch of spawn around a house and tent.... but if you notice that one mob is an ogre lord, obviously would have to be from a tmap.. which would have been dragged over to the house for the screenshot cuz someone was bored.

i dont remember this being the way it was, but it sure was a long time ago"

well, if this is in place, why don't we put back in "Stacking"

remember when you would clear a spawn, then you and whoever was with you would all "Stack" on top of each other, then when the new monsters would spawn, they wouldn't attack either of you as long as you were on top of each other on the same tile...

Anyways, even if it was that way back in the day, being able to have xray vision and aggro through walls is a pretty retarded idea to put back into play.

What about duplicating items? that was still in back in the day. lets put that back in since were making this era accurate.

Might as well delete this thread, its not very productive, it's turning into me bitching about something purely retarded.

The auto stacking was a feature that I remember but not exactly sure if it actually worked... it could have easily been a rumor much like food boosting skill gain. However, if the ability to stack was true it should be present in the demo and the original OSI code though. Original bugs from era are typically allowed and even implemented here. The only exception to that rule is game breaking exploits such as duping.
