This auction is for the Tower and Large Patio you see below you, this is just north of ACE and west of Fens of the Dead swamp, there is no spawn in this particular area, and a healer can be found in the area.

Rune library can be found 2 screens to the north, and another East about 6 screens away, cemetery 3 screens south.

The patio is incredible for taming gators, I got to 71.1 taming using a method Matron was kind enough to post, took around 3 hours doing this.



Prefer to sell these as a package, individual bids will be considered.
