Important info on the Object Delay patch.

Before you lose your mind read this.

If you have your Razor object delay milliseconds set lower then what Derrick patched (900 I think) you will experience wonky and really messed up pvp (I had so much trouble un-equipping my hally). You MUST set your Razor object delay to higher then 900ms.

The only people who should really notice a difference are those who were exploiting the razor object delay by setting it to around 300ms (this would give you an extra fast hally swing on top of cycling).

This is also going to effect any object moving macro's you have... before you go and delete all your macro's, just change the delay, they will work fine.

I have used 0 MS since I started UOSA. Does that mean I was abusing how fast it equips?

All you have to do is compensate and don't press as fast, it's like OSI if you have 0 MS isn't it? Just learning how long it takes, I dunno.

Put it this way... I am able to tap anywhere from 2-4 hot keys and basically have my actions qued. For example I use 2 hally macro's, One to equip and attack last combatant, and the other to un equip and tab-pause-tab. So its really handy to just hit both hot keys back to back for the fastest possible action.

Sorry, to many UO hotkeys to be a 0 ms "natrual" lol. "You must wait to preform another action" *bangs head on table*

Probably, but I've witnessed a lot of times that Razor doesnt perform all queued actions. Sometimes for some reason it leaves something out, thus you cant 100% relay on it. The brightest illustration would be Organizer Agent. Add a lot of items, say scrolls. And try to organize them. If you have more than a few scrolls in your backpack, Razor will queue them but wont organize all of them. You will have to re-tap Organize button over and over until it finishes. So, if you queue actions, there's no guarantee all of them will be done.

On the other hand, if you do things manually, you brain gets used to correct timings quickly and you have 100% control. You will wieled your hally exactly at the right time, exactly at the right time you will disarm it.

To narrow. It works perfect for doing 2-4 actions like I said.... 100-600 actions, yea your gonna miss some when you lag.

So this post is not exclusively directed at hally timers. Anything you can drag, drop, equip, un-equip, double dlick.... any Action, you get the idea.

I have over 70 macro's saved my my razor client, and most of them have to do with using some kind of item or another.
Now here's the clincher... Would I delete/edit them all to fit the new object delay? Or would I just change the object delay in razor?

Prime example:
I have a macro to enter my small house witch does this; Double click key ring, pause, click door, Double click door, pause, double click key ring, click door.
So instead of re timing that macro or creating a new one, I just switched my object delay to exactly match what its been set to by Derrick.

Boom Done.

dude, I feel your pain. I'm cutting 1800 bandied right now and at 1 second a bandage that's 30 minutes ugg.

You can incorporate cutting into w/e macro you are doing overnight.

lol. Here is my solution to cutting cloth extremely fast...

Log in 3 account's, Get your friend to log in 3 accounts, get one more friend to do the same, have a cloth cutting orgy.

Ok so I have mine set to 600, should I just put it to 900then? or 1000? What would be the norm then.

The Norm is I believe 1000, but you might need to adjust it based on your ping. Just try 1000, then 900 and 800 and see how they all feel.

I personally use 0 and no queue, I guess I don't have many macros at all lol.

I don't know why anyone would use queued actions with a delay... unless they were using a Razor restock/organize agent of course.

I agree completely, it just doesn't feel right.
