Selling Lava Tile and Water Tile (Server Births)

I'm accepting offers of gold/silver and certain other items that I'm seeking: (orange sandals, clothing bless deed, blessed phoenix gorget).
This is not an auction. I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason or no reason at all.
(edit: I forgot to mention, the lava tile animates when on the ground. And as far as I know, I think the water tile may be the only one on the shard.)

I would think that if he meant a castle deed per, it would say..
"Castle deed for each"
