One of only 3 Houses on the whole island. I have lived here for a few months, never seen the other house owners at all. Surrounded by water on the front and left. Can Make your own dock if you want.

This house truly was a beauty to live in but moving on to bigger things. Always felt completely safe coming home at night.

I have seen them before, it looks like the dock support. Maybe it wasnt an addon , just something they added to the game in certain places.

Either way, you can just toss several boats in the water for the "Dock" look.

I have never seen anyone to the north. I have spent many hours macroing healing, anatomy, SS, etc in the house and never seen any names on my screen other then the wandering healer.

Also the only Silver Serpent spawn is in the north east corner. He very rarely comes down to the SW corner of the island, unless someone brings him down.
