Near guard zone, really not too close to the moongate. I never see people in that area.

Yeah its not close to the moongate, but as I was camping it IDOC a few people wandered by.

If it was close to a moongate opening bid would be a lot more than deed +20k

In 11 years of playing UO, I've never even been to that location O.O

It'd probably sell for more if you advertised it as "secluded"
