semi rare drop. I have 2 myself from the lich lords and 1 blackmoor. I've never seen it for sale, however it can't be worth that much. Similar to dragon's blood and blood vials from the eles. You could probably sell for 500-1000g going off the vial prices. However you would need to find a buyer first.

aye its a common drop used for decoration, 500 gp is probably fair for one
