Very nice mining Smithy for sale.
I have been using it to mine with a new miner along the mountain. Have not seen anyone all day yesterday at all in the area in the other bigger houses.

Bid starts at Deed +25k
Buyout is Deed +small

Update. My miner is only 75 but already found 3 Dull copper veins within 7-10 tiles from front door.
